Product Description

1. Raw material processing

First of all, the production of color-coated plates requires the use of high-quality materials such as high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, hot-dip galvanized steel plates or electro-galvanized steel plates.

2. Steel plate pretreatment

The selected materials are cut into steel plates of appropriate size according to the size requirements, and then pickled and rust-removed to remove surface oxides and impurities and improve the surface quality of the steel plates.

3. Color coating preparation

The pretreated steel plates are sent to the color coating preparation workshop for color coating preparation. The coating is usually coated by roller coating, which consists of primer, binder, pigment and curing agent. The type of pigment, formula ratio and grinding fineness have a direct impact on the quality of the coating.

4. Coating drying

After the coating is completed, the steel plate is sent to the drying furnace for high-temperature curing to ensure that the coating reaches the appropriate hardness, durability and gloss.

5. Printing and embossing
The dried steel plate is printed and embossed to achieve a more beautiful appearance and colorful pattern effects. Some color-coated plates also require multi-color printing and multi-level embossing to create a more unique effect.
