Product Description

The thickness of the floor slab profile is 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, with a width of 688mm~940mm and a height of 51mm~76mm. The engineering floor slab works together with the reinforced concrete structure and is a composite structure. The laying of the floor slab is connected to the steel beam, and the end of the slab is welded to the steel beam by fusion welding. In the middle, bolts are used to penetrate and weld with the steel beam; Special clamping pliers are used to bite and press holes between floor slabs for connection; Special galvanized plug plates are used to spot weld the plugs with floor support plates and steel beams. If it is a special-shaped cutting of the floor slab with an arc-shaped area, plasma cutting machine will be used for cutting, and the cut will be smooth with a complete galvanized layer on the surface. The welding of the floor support plate adopts manual arc spot welding, with E4303 welding rod, diameter 3.2mm, and fusion welding point 16mm. The original design welding point spacing was 305mm, and the welding points were doubled to ensure that the floor support plate does not deform when the operator walks and the end of the floor support plate does not leak grout during concrete pouring. When the elevation changes of the floor structure are inconsistent, welding steel measures are taken to make the horizontal structure transition in steps. When the elevation is lowered, angle steel is welded to the web plate of the I-beam; When lifting the elevation, weld channel steel to the flange of the I-beam. When encountering reserved openings on the floor with a size generally greater than 500mm × 500mm, the first opening measure is to add welded steel support beams on the steel beams to increase the stiffness of the openings. The mesh steel bars are disconnected at the openings and welded to the steel beams; When the size of the opening is less than 500mm × 500mm, a rear opening measure is taken, which is to add a blocking and dividing plate on the floor slab, connect the mesh steel bars, and cut off the steel bars after the concrete is poured and formed
